Our ministry, Centro Bautista de la Biblia, is multi-faceted. We are, and support other, church planting missionaries. To this end, in addition to our own services on Wednesday night and Sunday, we teach classes in the skills needed to be effective ministers of the Gospel.

One of our primary outreaches to the community is our English Center.

The English Center is currently teaching Basic English to adults, with children’s classes starting soon. We also have two English chat classes and a Listen/Repeat English class. This year, we have added an Intermediate level class for our last year’s graduates. As we have students qualified, we will continue to add more advanced levels and a TOEFL Prep class.

Our current class schedule:

• Basic English, regular: Mon., Tues, Thurs at 6pm and 8pm
• Intermediate English: Mon., Tues, Thurs at 6pm
  Basic English, intensive: Mon., Tues, Thurs at 8pm
  Additional class for late enrollees, Basic English: Mon., Tues, Thurs at 5:00pm
• Taller Leer [Reading Workshop]: Mon. at 7pm
• English Chat w/video-audio: Tues. at 7pm
• Iglesia Inglés: Wed. at 7pm (soon Wise Guys Children’s English Class at 7pm)
• English Chat w/topics, int./adv.: Thurs. at 7pm
  SELF(c) [Speak English Learn Fast], basic: Thurs. at 7pm
• IFN: It’s Friday Night!: Fri. at 7pm
• Pastoral Discipleship: Sat. at 9am-12pm
  Drama Workshop: 9 am – 11 am

In addition to these classes, we also have classes with Mano A Mano Bolivia during the lunch hour, twice weekly.

So, the Lord has truly “enlarged our borders”, in the classic “Prayer of Jabez” sense! We thank God for what He is doing through us and we give Him all the glory, for without Him we are nothing.
